Please mind We don’t serve "Dress Rental" option outside of Attica Region.

How long before an event should I borrow something?

- You can select a fitting date of your choice, but we would recommend you getting into a process at least a week before you need it, this gives you plenty of time to try it on and avoid any last-minute stress. 

1. All our selections and pricelist can be found on our website or simply give us a call

2.Booking "Dress Rental"

 Booking can be done via our online store by choosing an option "Rent This Dress" – and then choosing an option to pay at the store ,  or you may get an information with a telephone call,  we will  hold a dress for a day, once the booking is made, you will have to come to the store to pay for your "Dress Rent" and deposit the full cost of the dress to guarantee (Insurance Fee) that the dress will not be damaged.

3.Payment for "Dress Rental"

The Payment for the "Dress Rental" has to be done via our online shop, or at the store  via POS or cash.

If you did booked a "Dress Rental” online and paid it, you will be asked at the store to pay in cash the guarantee (Insurance Fee) amount, which will be the rest from the cost of the dress at the selling rate.

 

The guarantee amount  (Insurance Fee) will be returned to the client on the day the dress is returned to the store, also in cash.

You will receive an email and the legal receipt of your  rental as an booking  and payment evidence.

 

3. For Online Booking only Paid “Dress Rental” , we will put the dress on hold up to maximum 4 working days after we have receive booking fee

4. Once the booking is made online and paid and customer does not pick up the dress in 4 working days, we will unhold  the dress and will not return the booking fee.

5. Rental period is 4 days and 8 days  (in case of 8 days renting dress  the cost is +20% , we will hold 20%  of the rental cost from an guaranty amount  (Insurance Fee) client has paid, the period will begins on the pick up date and end on the returning day.

 The +20% of an amount will holden from the 5th day of rental.

6. Customers must pay for the deposit - “ guaranty amount  (Insurance Fee) ” and rental fee on the date of pick up, this can be done in store via POS or cash.

The guarantee amount (Insurance Fee)  must be deposited in cash only!

The guarantee amount will be returned to the client on the day the dress is returned to the store, also in cash.

7. Customers must read and understand the rules and regulation and sign this form before renting and must allow us to keep your copy of ID card detail.

Return Policy

The dress has to be returned to the store clean and without damages, it has to be returned with badge (receipt)  from the cleaning service, where will be full information of the "Dry Cleaning company"

All of our collection are has to be cleaned only with Dry Cleaning service.

What happens if I ruin or lose an item I've rented?

As a renter, you are expected to treat rented items as if they are your own, obviously we understand that accidents can happen.

In case if there is damages or stains, that’s why we ask all clients to take the dress to the "Dry Cleaning Service " If the stains aren’t gone after "Dry Cleaning Service" you will be fully charged for the dress . 

In case if there is damages such as , it was torn and cannot be repaired, the dress has to be fully paid. We will not return the guaranty amount ( Insurance Fee )

In case of if you lose an item or it is been stolen - you will be fully charged for the dress. We will not return the guaranty amount ( Insurance Fee ).
